  • How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please CONTACT US with your request.

Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure returned items reach us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing aftershave or deodorant which may leave marks on the product, as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

If your return qualifys for a Free Return, then we will email you a prepaid label. Please note, you will need a printer to print this label.

Yes. As long as the item that you wish to exchange is of the same value and is available. Please note that the return delivery charges will have to be paid by you.

If you wish to cancel orders, this must be done via our CONTACT US page and before you receive notice of goods being dispatched. Any notices of cancellation after this time will have to be requested once you have received the item and  within fourteen (14) working days beginning the day after receiving the goods. 

All returned items must be sent to us as soon as possible. The item(s) will need to be in their original condition and packaging i.e. in a sell-able condition, and at your own cost and risk.

Vegetable tanning is to process the hides in a pure and natural way without using harmful chemicals, so it’s eco-friendly. The process is used in order to stabilise the skins and be able to process the resulting leather. It is a traditional artisan process that takes advantage of  acids naturally found in some plants, by using the barks, branches, leaves or even some fruits in some specific techniques. The actual tanning process usually takes between one and three months.

Full grain leather is the highest quality grade of leather money can buy. It comes from the top layer of the hide and includes all of the natural grain. The natural surface of full grain leather is unique as it tells a story and reveals natural imperfections, marks, and even light brands in the surface. Full grain leather is extremely strong and durable, as the natural grain contains the strongest fibres in the hide. While strong and durable, full grain leather remains extremely breathable, resulting in less moisture from prolonged contact. As this leather ages, rather than wearing out, it burnishes and beautifies, developing a much sought-after patina and unique character that cannot be easily duplicated. Truly, the more you use it, the better it looks and feels.  It’s simply the best.
