Standard UK (Mainland) DeliveryUsing our Standard UK (Mainland) Delivery, your order should be with you in three (3) working days (excluding Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays). Charge £3.50

FREE Standard UK Delivery when you spend over £30 (your order should be with you in three (3) working days, excluding Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays)

48Hr Express Delivery: (UK Mainland only): Place your order before 2pm Sunday – Thursday and receive your order within two working days (excluding Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays). Charge £5.50

Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland only): Place your order before 3pm Monday – Friday and receive your order within 24hours (excluding Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays). Charge £6.95

FREE NEXT DAY: (UK Mailnland only) Spend over £100 and qualify for FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding Public holidays). All deliveries will require a signature. 

All International Delivery: All orders placed and received before 2pm Sunday – Thursday should be with you within seven working days (excluding Weekends and Public/Bank holidays).

International delivery options and charges:

Standard European Shipping: Signed and Tracked wherever possible. Charge £8.95. 

FREE European Shipping: when you spend: £80.

* Outside Europe: (Rest of World) Signed and Tracked wherever possible. Charge £9.95. 

* FREE Outside Europe Delivery: (Rest of World) when you spend £100.

  • How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please CONTACT US with your request.

Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure returned items reach us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing aftershave or deodorant which may leave marks on the product, as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

If your return qualifies for a Free Return, then we will email you a prepaid label. Please note, you will need a printer to print this label.

Yes. As long as the item that you wish to exchange is of the same value and is available. Please note that the return delivery charges will have to be paid by you.

Please use our CONTACT FORM to request an exchange. 

If you wish to cancel orders, this must be done via our CONTACT US page and before you receive notice of goods being dispatched. Any notices of cancellation after this time will have to be requested once you have received the item and  within fourteen (14) working days beginning the day after receiving the goods. 

All returned items must be sent to us as soon as possible. The item(s) will need to be in their original condition and packaging i.e. in a sell-able condition, and at your own cost and risk.
